Tao (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tao), in short, is the unmoved mover, the thing that makes other things the things that they are. The essence of (life, the world, all of humanity - including the bureaus). Bureaucracy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bureaucracy), also in short, the structure, and set of regulations in place to control activity, usually in large organizations and government. The thing that runs the other things.

my blog is for my friends' eyes only. or at least mainly. it doesn't give its readers (i hope it doesn't) the feeling i'm trying to promote anything.
A blog is a series of post, displayed by order of "most recent first". It doesn't have to personal at all.
A personal website is, well, a website about a person, from that person. It could be a blog or contain a blog, but doesn't have to.
